How much do sessions cost?
All sessions have a flat rate of £29 per hour. Sometimes we have offers/promotional rates. Please speak to your tutor directly if you have a query or email help@tutorism.co.uk. There are no additional fees.
How do I pay for a session?
Our tutors are sole traders. They are paid directly by parents and carers. When you book your session, the tutor will contact you which method of payment best suits you and them. For example, we encourage payment via bank transfer or PayPal. We do not accept cash payments.
When do I pay for my session?
You are not obliged to pay for a session before it starts. We kindly ask that parents and carers pay the costs of a session directly to their tutor within 48 hours of the session being completed. Some parents/carers opt to pay in advance, which you may do so if you choose.
What happens if I don’t/can’t pay?
If a session payment/cancellation payment is not received within 48 hours of the completion of a lesson, future lessons may be cancelled and access to learning resources withheld until payment is completed. Please speak to your tutor if you need help with payments. Alternatively, email help@tutorism.co.uk.
